We aim to achieve zero accidents, zero injuries, and zero environmental harm in all our trading, storage, and delivery operations related to civil, electrical and mechanical equipment.OBJECTIVES: Ensure a safe and healthy working environment Prevent injuries, incidents, and occupational illnesses. Comply with all applicable Oman HSE regulations and standards Minimize environmental impact from operations, Promote HSE awareness and culture among employeesCOMPLIANCE: We comply with Oman Ministry of Labour HSE regulations, Environmental laws of Oman Client-specific HSE requirements (PDO / OQ / Nama, etc.) Relevant international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.RESPONSIBILITIES: Management Provide safe systems of work Ensure availability of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)Conduct risk assessments Promote continuous HSE improvement Employees Follow all HSE procedures Use PPE properly Report hazards, unsafe acts, and incidents Participate in HSE training RISK MANAGEMENT Identify hazards in Warehousing Material handling Electrical equipment storage Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA)Implement control measures using hierarchy of controls SAFE WORK PRACTICES Proper handling of electrical equipment Use of insulated tools and protective gear Safe loading/unloading procedures Fire prevention and emergency preparedness.ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT Reduce waste and promote recycling Proper disposal of packaging and hazardous materials Prevent oil/chemical spills Optimize energy use in warehouses and officesEMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS Fire safety systems in warehouse Emergency evacuation plans First aid facilities and trained personnel Regular drills and inspections TRAINING & AWARENESS Induction training for all employees Toolbox talks and safety meetings Specialized training for Forklift operators Electrical handlingMONITORING & IMPROVEMENT Regular HSE audits and inspections Incident investigation and corrective actions Continuous improvement of HSE performance COMMITMENT Management is fully committed to implementing this HSE Policy and ensuring it is communicated, understood, and followed by all employees and stakeholders.
